Selected sunflower seeds are crushed in modern expeller presses to extract crude sunflower oil. The crude oil is neutralized, bleached with natural clay, and passed through winterization filters at sub-zero temperatures to separate waxes.
Completely stripped of odor and impurities in high-vacuum deodorization towers, the crystal-clear oil is bottled on fully automated robotic lines and packed into cartons.
