Operational answers to the most common questions raised by our international food buyers, distributors, and retail chains.

Samples matching your requested product type, caliber, and packaging are dispatched to your address within 24-48 hours via DHL or FedEx Express. The sample package includes the product's up-to-date Certificate of Analysis (CoA) and technical specification sheet.

For maritime container shipments, our standard minimum order is 1x20ft FCL (approx. 18-20 tons) or 1x40ft FCL. However, for refrigerated truck shipments within Europe, Less-than-Truckload (LTL) pallet orders or consolidated mixed containers are also accepted.

Yes. We provide turnkey Private Label packaging for global supermarket chains and wholesalers in custom-designed Doypacks, zip-lock bags, transparent trays, vacuum MAP pouches, or custom carton boxes.

We operate under Incoterms 2020 rules offering FOB İzmir, CFR, CIF, DAP, and FCA delivery. For payment, we accept T/T (30% advance, 70% against B/L copy), Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C at sight), or CAD terms.

Every shipment is issued with a BRCGS Food Safety Certificate, Accredited Laboratory Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Health Certificate, Fumigation Certificate, and for organic lots, TC / Kiwa BCS Organic Certification.
