Raw pulse batches arriving from the field are purged of dust, straw, and coarse impurities on pre-cleaning screens. Stones of identical weight are separated in dedicated dry destoner units.
While dehulling and oil polishing are applied to red lentils, chickpeas and beans are passed through optical color sorter cameras to eliminate spotted and defective grains. The calibrated pulses are then packaged in sealed bags.
Pre-Cleaning & Destoning
100% removal of minerals and stones using air-screen cleaners and gravity destoners.
Dehulling & Calibration
Red lentil splitting/polishing and millimeter sizing for chickpeas/beans (8-10mm).
Laser Color Sorting
Separation of spotted, broken, immature, and insect-damaged grains using optical color sorters.
Automatic Packaging
Sealing in stitched or heat-sealed bags from 1kg to 50kg, and X-ray inspection.
