Fresh vegetables gathered from the fields are thoroughly cleaned of dirt and sand in multi-stage wash systems, peeled, and trimmed. Diced or shredded to exact specifications, vegetables are dried in continuous hot-air belt dryers until moisture drops below 7%.
Dehydrated vegetables are inspected through optical laser color sorters and strong neodymium magnet filters before being sealed into polyethylene-lined export cartons.
