Cultivated under Global G.A.P. standards, our produce is harvested by hand at optimum maturity. Upon arrival at our packing facility, items are moved directly into pre-cooling rooms to extract field heat.
Inspected on automated electronic sizing and color grading belts, fruits and vegetables are layered into protective punnets or trays and loaded into refrigerated reefer containers.
