Fresh fruits harvested at peak sweetness are washed with ozonated water, peeled, and cored in our facility. Precision-sliced into rings or dices, fruits are gently dehydrated in controlled hot-air tunnels to lock in nutrients and vitamins.
Once moisture levels are stabilized, dried fruits pass through optical laser sorters for consistent color and size, and are packed into nitrogen-flushed barrier bags.
Washing & Coring
Ozonated water washing, mechanical peeling, and seed removal.
Precision Slicing
Calibrated cutting into rings, dices (5x5mm), or crispy chips.
Gentle Dehydration
Controlled drying at 45-60°C to safeguard flavors and vitamins.
