Harvested from Black Sea orchards, sun-dried, and cracked from shells, hazelnut kernels arrive at our integrated processing plant. They are calibrated with millimeter accuracy using optical laser sorters and mechanical screens.
Roasted in continuous ovens, blanched, sliced, or diced to exact specifications, hazelnuts are packed under vacuum and nitrogen flush to eliminate air contact and prevent oxidation.
