Naturally sun-dried golden-yellow and light brown seedless raisins, sourced from the world-famous Sultana vineyards of Manisa and Izmir.

Seedless grapes harvested in Aegean vineyards are naturally sun-dried on drying tarpaulins before admission to our integrated processing facility in Izmir/Manisa. They are destemmed in rotating cone screens, washed, dried, and graded by color shade (Type 7 to 11) using high-resolution laser sorters.
Lightly coated with food-grade vegetable oil (sunflower oil) to prevent clumping—or delivered completely un-oiled upon request—the raisins are packed in hygienic lines.
Destemming & Washing
Removal of capstems, stalks, and dust using conical drums and air aspirators.
Drying & Vegetable Oiling
Moisture equalization tunnels and controlled micro-layer vegetable oil coating.
Dual Optical Laser Sorters
High-speed color sorting cameras grading into Types 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11.
X-Ray & Export Sealing
Sensitive X-ray foreign body inspection and packaging in blue PE-lined telescopic boxes.
