Ripened in the fertile valleys of Malatya, apricots undergo traditional sun drying and controlled sulphuring rooms after harvest. Pitted apricots are washed in water baths at our plant, moisture-homogenized, and graded via optical laser sorters.
Hygienically packed without human touch, Malatya apricots are the primary choice of global retail and food manufacturing giants thanks to their rich Vitamin A and mineral content.
