Sound, mature Industrial Grade Malatya apricots, which have been pitted, washed, cleaned, diced then oven or sun dried(at 80 degrees Celsius). The apricots have been thoroughly cured and Sulphur Dioxide has been added. Super Special cleaned apricots are mechanically and statically inspected and hand picked selected three times.
